1.无动物成份重组人C5a

产品描述:Complement 5a (C5a) is an enzymatically generated glycoprotein belonging to the anaphylatoxin family of structurally and functionally related proteins. Generated upon the activation of the complement system, C5a, together with C4a, C3a, and the membrane attack complex (C5b-9), functions as a central player in host defense by inducing smooth muscle cell contraction, increased vascular permeability, and histamine release from mast cells and basophilic leukocytes through cell degranulation. In addition to acting as a direct mediator of localized inflammatory response, C5a also initiates both the synthesis and release of IL-8 from monocytes and bronchial epithelial cells, stimulates the proliferation of neurons and hepatocytes, and functions as a potent chemoattractant. Where C5a deficiency, a rare defect of the complement pathway caused by the mutation of the C5a gene, is associated with susceptibility to severe infections, excessive C5a activation has been linked to liver fibrosis, sepsis, adult respiratory distress syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and ischemic heart disease. Human C5a shares 60% and 54% sequence identity to mouse and rat C5a, respectively. The human C5 gene encodes a 1,676 amino acid glycoprotein that is comprised of a disulfide-linked C5 alpha and a C5 beta chain, the former of which contains the active, 74 amino acid C5a anaphylatoxin chain. Recombinant Human C5a is an 8.28 kDa glycoprotein containing the 74 amino acid residues of the C5a anaphylatoxin chain.

2.无动物成份重组人Epiregulin

产品描述:Epiregulin is an EGF-related growth factor that binds specifically to EGFR (ErbB1) and ErbB4, but not ErbB2 or ErbB3. It is expressed mainly in the placenta and peripheral blood leukocytes, as well as in certain carcinomas of the bladder, lung, kidney and colon. Epiregulin stimulates the proliferation of keratinocytes, hepatocytes, fibroblasts and vascular smooth muscle cells. It also inhibits the growth of several tumor-derived epithelial cell lines. Human Epiregulin is initially synthesized as a glycosylated 19.0 kDa transmembrane precursor protein, which is processed by proteolytic cleavage to produce a 6.0 kDa mature secreted sequence. Recombinant Human Epiregulin is a 5.6 kDa monomeric protein, containing 50 amino residues, which corresponds to the mature secreted Epiregulin sequence.

3.兔抗人Uteroglobin(生物素标记)

产品描述:Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Uteroglobin. Anti-Human Uteroglobin-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

4.小鼠抗人CRP单抗

6.重组人BTLA Fc

产品描述:B-  and  T-lymphocyte  attenuator  (BTLA),  or  CD272,  is  a  type  I  transmembrane  co-inhibitory  receptor  of  the  CD28  receptor  family  that  is  involved  in  modulating  adaptive  immune  responses  and  T  cell  co-stimulation.    BTLA  acts  in  a  manner  similar  to  PD-1  and  CTLA-4,  the  other  inhibitory  receptors  of  the  CD28  family,  as  an  anti-inflammatory  molecule  crucial  to  dampening  immune  response.  Expressed  most  prominently  in  T  cells,  including  Th1,  Th2,  CD4+,  and  CD8+  cells,  BTLA  can  also  be  found  in  B  cells,  NK  cells,  dendritic  cells  and  macrophages.  Ligation  of  BTLA  with  HVEM,  a  member  of  the  TNF  receptor  super  family  (TNFRSF),  induces  tyrosine  phosphorylation  of  ITIM  and  ITSM  motifs  found  within  the  BTLA  cytoplasmic  domain,  resulting  in  association  with  SHP-1  and  SHP-2.  While  HVEM’s  interactions  with  the  ligands  LIGHT  and  Lymphotoxin-α  induce  a  powerful  stimulatory  immune  response,  the  interaction  of  BTLA  and  HVEM  attenuates  T  cell  proliferation  and  the  production  of  cytokines  including  IL-2,  IL-10  and  IFN-γ.  This  interaction  between  BTLA  and  HVEM  is  the  only  receptor-ligand  interaction  known  to  bridge  the  CD28  and  TNFR  families.    Recent  studies  provide  evidence  that  engagement  of  BTLA’s  third  cytoplasmic  motif,  Grb2,  may  transmit  a  positive  signal,  suggesting  both  a  co-inhibitory  and  co-stimulatory  role  for  BTLA.  Dysfunction  of  the  BTLA  pathway  plays  a  role  in  the  pathogenesis  of  numerous  autoimmune  diseases  and  cancers.--The  naturally  occurring  human  BTLA  monomer  consists  of  a  127-amino-acid  extracellular  domain,  a  21-amino-acid  transmembrane  domain,  and  a  111-amino-acid  cytoplasmic  domain.  PeproTech’s CHO cell-derived  Recombinant  Human  BTLA  Fc  is  a  glycosylated,  disulfide-linked  homodimer  of  353-amino-acid-residues  whose  monomer  consists  of  a  120-amino-acid  portion  of  the  extracellular  domain  fused  to  the  231-amino-acid  length  Fc  portion  of  human  IgG  by  two  glycine  residues.  The  calculated  molecular  weight  of  monomeric CHO cell-derived  Recombinant  Human  BTLA  Fc  is  39.8  kDa;  however,  due  to  glycosylation,  it  migrates  at  an  apparent  molecular  weight  of  approximately  50-55  kDa  by  SDS-PAGE  analysis  under  reducing  conditions.

7.重组小鼠Murine Prokineticin-2

产品描述:Prokineticin-2 (PK2) is a cysteine-rich secreted protein that is expressed in the testis and, in lower levels, in the small intestine. PK2 regulates various biological functions, including gastrointestinal motility, angiogenesis and circadian rhythms. It is closely related to EG-VEGF (Prokineticin-1), and binds to two orphan B-protein-coupled receptors termed PK-R1 and PK-R2. Recombinant Murine Prokineticin-2 is an 11.6 kDa protein consisting of 103 amino acid residues, including ten cysteine residues that can potentially form five pairs of intra-molecular disulfide bonds.

8.重组人VEGF-C

VEGF-C, a member of the VEGF/PDGF family of structurally related proteins, is a potent angiogenic cytokine. It promotes endothelial cell growth, promotes lymphangiogesis, and can also affect vascular permeability. VEGF-C is expressed in various tissues, but is not produced in peripheral blood lymphocytes. It forms cell surfaced-associated, non-covalent, disulfide-linked homodimers, and can bind and activate both VEGFR-2 (flk1) and VEGFR-3 (flt4) receptors. During embryogenesis, VEGF-C may play a role in the formation of the venous and lymphatic vascular systems. Both VEGF-C and VEGF-D are over-expressed in certain cancers, and the resulting elevated levels of VEGF-C or VEGF-D tend to correlate with increased lymphatic metastasis. Recombinant Human VEGF-C is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 13.5 kDa polypeptide chains of 116 amino acid residues. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates as a 30.0-33.0 kDa band by SDS-PAGE analysis under non-reducing conditions.
